Ten Things to do in New York

Time magazine released a list of ten things to do in New York City, and I thought I'd relay it to here in case you hadn't read it.
  1. Time Warner Center - “But what a mall!” says Time. It's got some really neat stuff in there, though I haven't visited it yet.
  2. West Village Stroll – This place is kind of interesting, but good luck navigating it if you've never been there before. Time recommends just walking and see where you end up.
  3. Film Forum – If you're into movies, this place houses all sorts of indie films and documentaries for those of you who are into that sort of thing.
  4. Grimaldi's Pizzeria – BEST PIZZA EVER. Don't argue. Just go.
  5. Empire State Building – Duh. You don't even need to read the Times to know this is a place to see in NYC.
  6. Little Branch – Popular singles hot spot, or so I hear. Also great for those of you who enjoy perfectly made drinks.
  7. P.S. 1 Contemporary Art Center – I've never been, but it's apparently a big place for the art of the future.
  8. Bergdorf Goodman – Not for a hard-working student's salary. If you've got green oozing out of your pores, this is exactly where you should be shopping.
  9. Bowery Ballroom – Excellent place to go see musicians. It's got a bar downstairs, as well.
  10. Grand Central Terminal – You see this all the time in the movies, it's sort of surreal and fun just standing in the middle of this place and taking it all in.
Thanks to Time Magazine for the inspiration.
